Terms of Service
The service
WebSpark generates, hosts and manages websites on your behalf. The All-In One Plan is billed at $49 per month and includes hosting, SSL, backups, AI-powered edits and one standard custom domain.
Your content
You own the content of your website, including copy generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to publish it.
Domains
Standard domains registered through WebSpark are included while your subscription is active. Premium domains are billed separately at the price shown before registration. Domains can be transferred out at any time.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Your site stays online until the end of the current billing period, and you can export your site and transfer your domain before it ends.
